Pat Hayburn (Team Manager)

Patrick has been instrumental in bringing the Unicorn-Specialized Cycling Team into being and has fulfilled the role of Team Manager to the very best of his ability. He is a versatile rider and an integral part of the team during each racing event. He is without doubt one of the best readers of a race situation and has the ability to call the plays before they happen.

Andrew Patterson

Andrew is one of the Team's strongest riders when it comes to lumpier courses and is very effective at establishing and maintaining a break on the flatter courses. He has an incredible work ethic and puts everything he has into everything he does while on the bike and is often looked to by other team members and even opponents for advice.
Chris Roberts

Like Patrick, Chris is another strong and versatile rider that can adapt to any race situation quite easily. He is also an avid Time Trial rider and often finishes very strongly among the TT fields. Chris is an integral part of the Team's lead out train when approaching a bunch finish but can find opportunities within races to attain a break away.
Paul Foxwell

The Team's key sprinter, Paul is one of the best race finishers in the state with unmatched power in a bunch kick to the finish line. Unlike traditional sprinters, however, Paul is able to hold his own in the hills and in break away groups and still maintain an ability to explode in massive sprint for the line at the end of a hard race.
Craig Pennell

Another one of the Team's big diesel engines. On many occasions, Craig has combined his efforts with those of Chris Singleton in wearing down the race group to establish an advantage for the team. Craig is an incredibly strong Time Trial rider able to sustain amazing levels of power for longer durations.
Chris Singleton
One of the Team's big diesel engines and an exceptional Time Trial rider. Chris relishes the opportunity to put the “sting” into the legs of other riders while in a break away, chasing a break down or simply setting a killer pace at the front of the race group. He often employs his Time Trial ability to road racing which can see him relentlessly wear down other riders. Chris started cycling 18 months ago due to 12 week enforced rest as a result of a stress fracture after the 2011 New York Marathon, and fell in love with it.
Charlie Gargett
Charlie joined the Team early in 2013 as an alternate sprint finisher to Paul Foxwell. He has thoroughly enjoyed his role within the team as a domestique charged with ensuring Paul gets to the line in the best possible condition and position among the race group. Charlie has only been racing since 2011 and is still developing his ability and learning a lot about the sport.
Brad Hall (Coach)

Brad has been a regular fixture on the national and international professional racing circuits for the past 8 years. His disturbing obsession with data and numbers coupled with his scientific and tactical approach to training ensures the best results for the Team. Brad has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sport Science and established Hall Cycle Training in 2011.
